Last Saturday was a rainy, dreary one. Which, up until this weekend, was becoming the norm in La La Land. And rainy weather always gets me in the mood for some ramen. Who knew that one of the best noodle bars in the city was only a few blocks away from where I live —Ramen……

I was recently looking at some of my travel photos and discovered something—I have a very significant door fetish! Especially when they are enveloped in climbing vines and accented with topiaries and lanterns. Of course, all of these doors are attached to gorgeous homes that I found while traveling and keep tucked away for inspiration.……

It’s been almost four years since I visited Keukenhof gardens in Holland, one of the most beautiful places on earth. And today, I’m reliving it.  In line with my spring garden theme from last week, I give you another beautiful place for a mental vacation.

Today, Kensington Palace reopens after a £12 million transformation.  Two new exhibits include “Victoria Revealed,” which will explore Queen Victoria’s life in her own words and “Diana: A Fashion Icon” that shows a special collection of Princess Diana’s dresses.
